Refund Policy


This refund policy covers the refund of subscriptions to this website. For cancellation and/or refund of booking please log in to the booking site and follow the links at the bottom of the page.

Free Trial

If we have provided you with a free trial then you will have had ample opportunity to decide if our products are for you. We have a great product and great savings but we know that everyone has different needs and requirements. The free trial lets you see the product for yourself and confirm that this is (or isn’t) really for you. You can cancel your membership at any time during the trial and will not be billed. By accepting and completing the trial you waive your right to a refund.

Immediately upon completion of your free trial you will be automatically billed by our payment processor. Once this has taken place we cannot offer a refund. If, for any reason, you decide that our service is not for you then you must cancel before you are billed. Once you are billed we cannot offer a refund. We always ensure that our free trials are long enough for you to make a very balanced and informed choice.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you have subscribed and logged in to the website you form part of our Closed User Group. We are then able to show you the discounted travel products. It goes against the ethos of offering discounted travel prices to refund the subscription fees. Thus, once you have subscribed we do not offer any refunds. However, this is rarely a problem.

Monthly Plans (if applicable)

We do not offer any refunds for customers that subscribe to a monthly plan. If you’re not sure if our service is for you then we recommend that you subscribe to one of our plans that offer a free trial. You can then evaluate for yourself if our service is for you. All sales on monthly plans are final and cannot be refunded.

Recurring Subscriptions

All plans come with a recurring subscription. Our payment processor will automatically collect this subscription to ensure that you don’t suffer any down time and for your continued access to our product.

If you do not wish to continue with your membership then you must cancel your membership before the next billing period. Once you enter the next billing period you will be automatically subscribed and our payment processor will collect payment. Once this happens we are unable to offer any refunds.

Again, if you do not want to remain a member you must cancel your membership before you enter the next billing cycle. Once you enter the next billing cycle your card will be charged automatically and we cannot offer a refund. All recurring subscriptions are final and cannot be refunded.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items include any purchase that has been made using a discount code or coupon or any item that is listed as being discounted in some way.
